Overview Accurex D-Dimer Fast Test Kit
The Accurex D-Dimer Fast Test Kit employs fluorescent latex-conjugated anti-human D-dimer monoclonal antibodies, along with test line-immobilized antibodies of the same specificity. Following sample application, labeled antibodies bind D-dimer, forming a complex that migrates via capillary action to the detection zone. Here, the complex is captured by the immobilized antibodies, generating fluorescence intensity directly proportional to the D-dimer concentration. Subsequent analysis using the Getein1100 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer quantifies this intensity, displaying the D-dimer level on screen and storing it for download and transfer to hospital or lab systems. Intended for in-vitro quantitative D-dimer measurement in plasma or whole blood, this test assists in evaluating patients suspected of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism. The kit contains 25 tests. Instructions involve room temperature equilibration of components, SD card verification (with calibration if needed), and dispensing 100µl of diluted sample (1:1 with provided diluent) into the test card's sample port. After a 10-minute incubation, the card is inserted into the Getein1100 for analysis. For in-vitro diagnostic use by professionals only. Observe expiration dates and avoid using damaged or reused components. Handle all specimens as potentially infectious and dispose appropriately. Adherence to provided instructions and local regulations is mandatory for reliable results.
How to Use Accurex D-Dimer Fast Test Kit:
Following the provided instructions, prepare the sample. Ensure the test card, sample, and reagents reach ambient temperature before commencing. Verify the SD card lot number matches the test kit's lot number; perform "SDCard Calib" calibration if needed. Navigate to the Getein1100's testing interface by pressing "ENT" on the home screen. Immediately before use, remove the test card from its packaging and clearly label it with the patient or control identifier. Position the test card horizontally on a clean, flat surface. Using a sample transfer pipette, combine 100 μl of specimen with 100 μl of sample diluent (or 3 drops using a disposable pipette), mixing well. Add 100 μl of this mixture to the test card's sample port. After a 10-minute incubation period, insert the card into the Getein1100 and press "ENT". The results will be displayed.
