Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Online Aum Pharmacy, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. However, due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we have specific policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned.
- Prescription medications, refrigerated items are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations, unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product. The return process will be completed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive the refund in 5-7 working days after the refund is issued. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange free of charge. Exchanges will be completed within 5-7 working days from the time we receive the damaged or incorrect product. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Refundable Products
- Opened prescription medications.
- Items purchased on final sale or with special discounts.
- Health devices once opened.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, the cancellation policy no longer applies.
