Overview Accurex NT-Pro Bnp Fast Test Kit
The rapid Accurex NT-proBNP assay facilitates comprehensive cardiac assessment, encompassing contractility, diastolic function, and ventricular wall motion synchronization. Demonstrating high sensitivity and negative predictive value, it aids in early heart failure (HF) detection, risk stratification, HF medication efficacy monitoring, prognosis evaluation, and differentiating HF-related dyspnea from other etiologies. Further, it serves as a valuable acute coronary syndrome risk predictor. Employing fluorescence immunoassay technology, the test utilizes an anti-human NT-proBNP monoclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescent latex and a polyclonal antibody coated on the test strip. Following sample application, the labeled antibody binds to NT-proBNP, forming a complex that migrates via capillary action to the detection zone. Here, the complex is captured by the immobilized polyclonal antibody, with fluorescence intensity directly proportional to NT-proBNP levels. Subsequent analysis using the ACCUDx CQ immunofluorescence analyzer quantifies NT-proBNP concentration, storing and enabling data download. Seamless integration with laboratory or hospital information systems is ensured. Intended for in-vitro quantification of NT-proBNP in serum, plasma, or whole blood, this test supports clinical diagnosis, prognosis, and HF management. The kit includes: ACCUDx CQ NT-proBNP test card (sealed pouch with desiccant), 25 disposable pipettes, whole blood buffer, SD/RFID card, and user manual. Utilizing the ACCUDx CQ analyzer, the whole blood buffer consists of phosphate-buffered saline, proteins, detergent, preservative, and stabilizer. The test card comprises a plastic casing and a reagent strip (sample pad, nitrocellulose membrane with labeled antibody and control line, absorbent paper, and liner). Instructions detail specimen collection, temperature equilibration, SD card verification (calibration as needed – refer to Getein 1100 manual section 8.5.2), test card preparation, sample addition (100µl sample + 100µl diluent), analyzer insertion after 10 minutes, and result display. Safety precautions emphasize careful label review, appropriate storage (cool, dry, dark), child-proofing, prompt post-opening use (within 1 hour), diluent storage (0-30°C for 24 months; 2-8°C for optimal results), in-vitro diagnostic use only, professional use only, expiration date adherence, avoidance of damaged kits or reuse, safe specimen handling, and adherence to local regulations. Strict adherence to instructions and avoidance of kit batch mixing are mandatory.
How to Use Accurex NT-Pro Bnp Fast Test Kit:
Gather samples as per the provided instructions. Ensure the test card, sample, and reagent reach ambient temperature prior to analysis. Verify the SD card lot number matches the test kit lot number. Calibrate the SD card using the "SD card calib" function if needed (consult section 8.5.2 of the Getein 1100 user manual). Access the Getein 1100 testing menu by pressing "ENT" on the main screen. Immediately before testing, remove the test card from its protective packaging. Clearly identify the test card with the patient or control identifier. Position the test card horizontally on a clean, flat surface. Using a transfer pipette, add 100 μl of sample to a tube containing sample diluent; mix well. Transfer 100 μl (or three drops using a disposable pipette) of this mixture to the sample well on the test card. After a 10-minute incubation, insert the test card into the Getein 1100 and press "ENT"; the results will be displayed.
