The Accurex Xpress A1c home hemoglobin testing system offers convenient, at-home HbA1c level monitoring. A simple finger prick provides a blood sample for rapid analysis; results are displayed within five minutes. Employing boronate affinity chromatography, this device measures HbA1c levels ranging from 4.0% to 14.0% with precision (CV <3%) for HbA1c values between 4.0% and 6.5%. It requires approximately 3µL of blood (finger prick or venous blood with EDTA anticoagulant) and features voice guidance. Data (NGSP%; IFCC mmol/mol; eAG* mmol/l) is stored for up to 1000 tests and transferable via mini-USB to HIS/LIS systems or a thermal printer. Powered by four AAA batteries, the compact analyzer (61.6 x 122.9 x 24.5 mm) boasts a 47 x 32 mm screen. Always follow package instructions. Store in a cool, dry, dark place inaccessible to children; room temperature storage is suitable.
