Acinual tablets utilize a blend of Papain, Trypsin, Bromelain, and Rutoside Trihydrate to deliver their therapeutic effects. These tablets exhibit potent anti-inflammatory and anti-edema properties. Their key applications stem from the individual roles of their components: Papain, a cysteine protease enzyme derived from papaya (Carica papaya L.), manages pain, swelling, and fluid retention post-trauma or surgery, also demonstrating antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits for burns and wounds. Trypsin, a proteolytic enzyme aiding protein digestion, facilitates the removal of necrotic tissue following injury, infection, or surgery, promoting tissue regeneration. Bromelain's anti-inflammatory action, achieved by modulating prostaglandins, bradykinin, and pro-inflammatory cytokines, accelerates wound healing and reduces pain. Rutoside Trihydrate, an antioxidant, further supports this process by improving vascular wall integrity. Dosage should follow physician's instructions.
