Overview Aclotol Fast Gel

Aclotol Fast Gel, a topical analgesic, combines Diclofenac Diethylamine (equivalent to 10 mg Diclofenac Sodium), Menthol (50 mg), Methyl Salicylate (100 mg), and Linseed Oil (30 mg) with excipients including Propylene Glycol, Carbomer 940, Disodium Edetate, Polysorbate 80, Benzyl Alcohol, Ammonia solution, and purified water. This formulation targets muscle and joint pain. Diclofenac Sodium addresses pain and inflammation; Menthol provides cooling, counter-irritant, and mild analgesic effects; Methyl Salicylate generates localized irritation to reduce swelling; and Linseed Oil offers anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits, improving local circulation. Peak effect is achieved within 20-30 minutes. Dosage: Adults and children over 12 should apply a thin 2-4 g (4-8 cm) layer 2-3 times daily, rubbing gently. The maximum daily dose is 10 g. Treatment should not exceed 14 days for soft tissue damage or rheumatism, or 21 days for arthritis, unless a physician advises otherwise. Standard doses are suitable for the elderly. Indicated for myositis, fibrositis, sciatica, muscle strains, musculoskeletal trauma, myalgia, arthralgia from exercise, inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases (osteoarthritis), and rheumatic conditions (bursitis, arthritis, tenosynovitis, tendinitis). Store below 25°C in its original packaging. Do not freeze. For external use only. Apply to unbroken skin, avoiding eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on open wounds. Wash hands after application, unless treated area. Keep out of children's reach.
