Zinc strengthens immune defenses, while amla's Vitamin C combats germs. Actifresh provides rapid symptom relief by quickly dissolving, facilitating absorption of its active ingredients. This helps shorten the duration and intensity of cold and flu symptoms. Dosage: Adults should dissolve one lozenge every four hours at the first sign of cold, flu, or throat irritation, up to a maximum of five daily.
