Download the Actofit Chest Strap application onto your phone. Locate the left and right electrode markings on the transmitter's reverse side and place the electrodes accordingly on your chest. Secure the strap snugly beneath your pectoral muscles, adjusting the fit as needed. Upon skin contact, the chest strap will automatically connect to your phone and begin monitoring your physical activity. Remember to remove the transmitter from the strap for drying after each use.
