Homeopathic Physostigma Venenosum is indicated for various eye and heart conditions. Eye symptoms include redness with excessive tearing, paralysis of eye muscles following throat infections, myopia, night blindness, spasms from overuse, photopsia (flashing lights), partial vision loss, muscle twitching with pupillary constriction, and glaucoma. Cardiovascular effects include enhanced heart function and elevated blood pressure, perceptible heartbeat, rapid pulse with weakness, palpitations felt in the throat. Neurological symptoms encompass spinal irritation, extremity numbness and tingling, cramping, and involuntary limb jerking, particularly before sleep. Dosage should follow physician's instructions; concurrent use with conventional medications is permissible. Administer homeopathic remedy at least 30 minutes apart from food, beverages, or other medications.
