Adfe C capsules provide a combination of ferrous fumarate (iron), folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and zinc sulfate. The superior absorption of ferrous fumarate effectively elevates hemoglobin levels, crucial for oxygen transport and red blood cell maintenance, resulting in increased energy and anemia prevention.
