Overview Alcium Tablet

Alcium tablets combine soy isoflavones, calcitriol, calcium orotate, calcium citrate, calcium aspartate, and vitamin K2-7. Their benefits stem from the individual actions of each component: Soy isoflavones modulate estrogen levels, acting as agonists at beta-receptors when estrogen is low and antagonists at alpha-receptors when high. Calcitriol, the active vitamin D form, regulates parathyroid hormone and calcium/phosphorus balance crucial for bone health. The calcium salts (orotate, citrate, aspartate) address calcium deficiencies underlying osteoporosis, osteomalacia/rickets, hypoparathyroidism, and latent tetany. Vitamin K2-7 directs calcium deposition to bones and teeth, contributing also to blood coagulation. Dosage: Follow physician's instructions.
