To insert: Wash and dry hands thoroughly. Position a lens on your index finger; gently pull down your lower lid with one hand and your upper lid with the other; look directly at the lens and place it on your cornea; release the lower lid, then the upper. To remove: Wash and dry hands thoroughly. Look upward and pull down your lower lid. Place your index finger on the lens, gently slide it down, and carefully remove it.
