Application: Wash and dry hands. Position lens on index finger. Gently pull down lower lid (one hand) and upper lid (other hand). Look directly at the lens and place it on the cornea, releasing the lower lid first, then the upper. Removal: Wash and dry hands. Look up and pull down your lower lid.
