Application: Wash and dry hands. Place lens on index finger. Gently pull down lower lid (one hand) and upper lid (other hand). Look at the lens and position it on the cornea, releasing lower then upper lid. Removal: Wash and dry hands. Look up and pull down lower lid. Position index finger on lens and slide it down.
