Overview Arcid Suspension

Arcid Suspension combines simethicone and magaldrate to alleviate symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disorders. These disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcers, and gastroesophageal reflux disease, manifest as abdominal distension, flatulence, muscle spasms, hyperacidity, bloating, and general gastric discomfort. The antacid components neutralize excess stomach acid, raising the pH in the stomach and duodenum. Unlike some protective agents, they don't coat the stomach lining but exert a localized astringent action. Simethicone targets bloating, acidity, and bowel irregularity, while magaldrate addresses indigestion, heartburn, and gas, quickly buffering existing stomach acid. Dosage: Take one to two teaspoons of well-shaken Arcid Suspension after meals for prompt relief. Always use under a doctor's guidance.
