Position a lens on your index finger. Gently retract the lower lid with one hand and the upper lid with the other. Align the lens with your cornea and apply. Release the lower lid first, then the upper. Removal: Cleanse and dry hands. Look upward, pulling down your lower lid. Place your index finger on the lens and gently slide it down and off the eye.
