Instructions: Application – Cleanse and dry hands. Position a lens on your index finger. Gently retract the lower lid with one hand and the upper lid with the other. Align the lens with your cornea and carefully place it on your eye. Release the lower lid first, then the upper. Removal – Cleanse and dry hands. Look upward and pull down your lower lid. Locate the lens with your index finger and gently slide it downward. Gently compress the lens between your fingers to remove.
