How to Use Beurer BC 30 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor White:
Position your wrist so it's visible. Avoid tight clothing that restricts blood flow to your arm. Secure the device's cuff on your inner wrist, ensuring the monitor's top edge rests about 1 cm below your thumb's base. The cuff should fit snugly but not impede circulation. Initiate the reading by pressing the START button. Upon completion, the cuff deflates rapidly. Your blood pressure reading will then appear on the screen.
