Uncover your wrist, ensuring loose clothing doesn't restrict blood flow. Position the device's cuff on your inner wrist. Secure it using the closure, placing the monitor's top edge about 1 centimeter below your thumb's base. The cuff should fit snugly but not tightly. Initiate the reading by pressing the START button. Post-measurement, any remaining pressure releases rapidly. The reading will then appear on the screen.
