Before sterilizing, rinse items with hot water to remove milk residue. Fill the sterilizer's base with 200ml of cold water, replace the rack, and load bottles (upside down) and accessories using the rack's designated slots. Secure the lid, microwave according to the instructions, and allow for adequate cooling to prevent burns.
