Each tablet contains: Calcium Citrate Maleate 250mg, Magnesium Oxide (providing 90mg elemental magnesium), Zinc Sulphate (providing 75mg elemental zinc), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 15mg, L-Methylfolate Calcium 0.5mg, Vitamin K1 10mcg, Cyanocobalamin 1.5mcg, and Calcitriol 0.25mcg. Excipients include: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate, sodium benzoate, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, talc, lactose, sucrose, and iron oxides.
