Its design incorporates a built-in nose wire for customizable adjustment and a 3D breathing chamber for enhanced airflow. Packaged individually in resealable pouches for hygiene, this mask boasts ≥99% BFE and ≥95% PFE. Ultrasonic welding secures the flexible ear loops. Applications include protection against airborne particles, irritants, allergens, and pathogens. The six-layer construction includes: a 50 GSM hydrophobic outer layer blocking large particles; two 25 GSM meltblown layers for bacterial and particulate filtration; a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity; a second 25 GSM meltblown layer for refined filtration; a 25 GSM SSMMS filter layer for stability; and a 25 GSM hydrophilic inner layer to wick away moisture. This ensures superior protection, comfort, and breathability, minimizing eyewear fogging. The mask's snug fit and efficient filtration are complemented by its comfortable design and easy adjustment.
