The Care View CV1221 N95 FFP2-certified earloop mask offers superior protection with its six-layer filtration system. The integrated nose wire allows for personalized adjustment, while the 3D structure promotes easy breathing. Each mask is individually packaged in a resealable pouch for convenient storage. This mask boasts ≥99% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) and ≥95% particle filtration efficiency (PFE). Ultrasonic sealing joins the flexible ear loops. Applications include protection against airborne pathogens, irritants, dust, allergens, and pollens. The six layers comprise: a 50 GSM hydrophobic outer layer for dust and pollution; two 25 GSM meltblown layers for bacteria and particulate filtration; a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity; a 25 GSM SSMMS filter for added stability; and a 25 GSM hydrophilic inner layer to absorb sweat and moisture. This construction provides high protection, comfort, and efficiency, including preventing eyeglass fogging. The mask is FDA, CE, and DRDO approved, produced by a GMP-certified company holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and EN 149:2001 + A1:2009 certifications.
