The integrated nose bridge ensures a comfortable, customizable fit, while the 3D design promotes easy breathing. Each mask is individually packaged in a resealable pouch for convenient storage and hygiene. This respirator boasts a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) of ≥99% and a Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) of ≥95%. Ultrasonic sealing joins the straps and secures the valve filter. Applications include protection against airborne pathogens, irritants, dust, allergens, and pollen. Specifications include: six layers – two 25 GSM meltblown layers for filtration, a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity, a 25 GSM SSMMS filter layer for stability, a 50 GSM hydrophobic spunbond outer layer for dust and pollution resistance, and a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond inner layer for sweat absorption. This combination delivers high protection, comfort, and efficiency, preventing eyeglass fogging.
