Its secure fit, achieved via an adjustable nose wire and flexible ear loops, minimizes air leaks around the nose and mouth for high filtration efficiency. The mask's 3D design promotes comfortable breathing, even during extended wear. Individually packaged in resealable pouches for hygiene, it boasts a BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) ≥ 99% and a PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency) ≥ 95%. Constructed with a hydrophobic outer layer (50 GSM), two meltblown layers (25 GSM each) for bacterial and particulate filtration, a hot air cotton layer (60 GSM) for structural integrity, an SSMMS filter layer (25 GSM), and a hydrophilic inner layer (25 GSM) to wick away moisture, this mask effectively shields against pathogens, irritants, dust, allergens, and pollen. Ultrasonic sealing ensures robust earloop attachment. The mask's close facial seal also prevents eyewear fogging.
