Individually packaged in resealable pouches for hygiene and storage, this mask boasts ≥99% BFE and ≥95% PFE. Ultrasonic sealing joins the head straps. Protection is provided against airborne irritants, pathogens, dust, allergens, and pollen. The six-layer filtration includes two 25 GSM meltblown layers for particulate filtration, a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity, an additional 25 GSM meltblown layer for enhanced bacterial filtration, a 25 GSM SSMMS filter for stability, and a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond layer for moisture absorption. The outer hydrophobic layer (50 GSM) repels larger particles. The mask’s close fit prevents eyewear fogging.
