The integrated nose wire allows for customizable adjustment, while the 3D structure promotes breathability. Each mask is individually packaged in a resealable pouch for convenient storage. Providing BFE ≥99% and PFE ≥95%, this mask effectively filters bacteria and particles. Constructed using ultrasonic sealing for durable head loops, it shields against airborne irritants, dust, allergens, and pathogens. The six layers consist of: hydrophobic spunbond outer layer (50 GSM); two meltblown layers (25 GSM each); a hot air cotton layer (60 GSM) for structural integrity; an SSMMS filter layer (25 GSM); and a hydrophilic spunbond inner layer (25 GSM) for moisture absorption. This combination delivers high protection, comfort, and efficiency, even during extended use, and helps prevent eyeglass fogging.
