It boasts ≥99% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) and ≥95% particle filtration efficiency (PFE). Ultrasonic sealing secures the head straps. Applications include protection against airborne irritants, dust, allergens, and pathogens. The six layers comprise: two 25 GSM meltblown layers (bacterial and particulate filtration), a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer (structural integrity), a second 25 GSM meltblown layer (fine particulate filtration), a 25 GSM SSMMS filter layer (stability), and a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond layer (sweat absorption). The outer layer (50 GSM hydrophobic spunbond) repels larger particles. This mask provides high comfort and protection, preventing eyeglass fogging.
