Ultrasonic welding secures the head straps. Applications include protection against airborne irritants, dust, allergens, and pathogens. Specifications: The six-layer construction comprises two 25 GSM meltblown layers (bacterial and particulate filtration), a 60 GSM hot-air cotton layer (structural integrity), an additional 25 GSM meltblown layer (enhanced fine particle filtration), a 25 GSM SSMMS filter layer (stability), and a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond layer (moisture absorption).
