This meticulously designed mask ensures a secure, comfortable fit via an adjustable nose wire and 3D breathing chamber. Packaged individually in resealable pouches for convenient storage, it boasts a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of ≥99% and a particle filtration efficiency (PFE) of ≥95%. Ultrasonic sealing secures the head straps. Its effectiveness stems from a close facial seal, preventing eyewear fogging and providing robust defense against airborne pathogens, irritants, dust, allergens, and pollen. Construction details include: an outer hydrophobic spunbond layer (50 GSM) for large particle blocking; two meltblown layers (25 GSM each) for bacteria and particulate filtration; a hot-air cotton layer (60 GSM) for structural integrity; an SSMMS filter layer (25 GSM) for added stability; and an inner hydrophilic spunbond layer (25 GSM) to absorb moisture. This ensures prolonged comfort. The mask is FDA, CE, and DRDO approved, produced by a GMP-certified company holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and EN 149:2001 + A1:2009 certifications.
