The integrated nose bridge allows for a customized seal, and the 3D structure promotes easy breathing. Individually packaged in resealable pouches for convenient storage, this mask boasts ≥99% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) and ≥95% particle filtration efficiency (PFE). Ultrasonic welding secures the straps, while the valve enhances breathability. Its applications include protection against airborne pathogens, irritants, dust, allergens, and pollen. Constructed with six layers—including two 25 GSM meltblown layers for particulate filtration, a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity, a 25 GSM SSMMS filter for enhanced stability, and a hydrophilic spunbond layer (25 GSM) for moisture absorption—it combines comfort and efficacy. The outer hydrophobic spunbond layer (50 GSM) repels larger particles. Its snug fit prevents eyewear fogging.
