The Care View CV1221V N95 FFP2-certified respirator, featuring ear loops and an exhalation valve, provides superior protection with its six-layer filtration system. Its secure, close-fitting design creates a strong seal around the nose and mouth, maximizing efficiency and protection. A built-in nose piece ensures a comfortable, snug fit and ample 3D breathing space. Individually packaged in zip-lock pouches for convenient storage, this mask boasts a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) ≥ 99% and a Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) ≥ 95%. Ultrasonic sealing joins the flexible ear loops and valve filter. Applications include protection against airborne irritants, dust, allergens, pollens, and harmful pathogens. The six-layer filtration comprises two 25 GSM meltblown layers, a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond SSS grade inner layer (absorbing sweat and moisture), a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity, a 25 GSM meltblown layer for enhanced filtration, and a 50 GSM hydrophobic spunbond SSS grade outer layer blocking larger particles. This ensures high protection, comfort, and efficiency. The close facial fit prevents eyewear fogging. The respirator is FDA, CE, and DRDO approved; manufactured by a GMP-certified company holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and EN 149:2001 + A1:2009 certifications. To use, position the metallic strip upwards, secure the ear loops, adjust for comfort, and mold the nose piece. Store in its original packaging in a dry place (-20℃ to +30℃). This mask does not supply oxygen and is unsuitable for hazardous gases, steam, hypoxic environments, underwater use, or firefighting.
