Its design incorporates a built-in nose wire for customizable shaping and a 3D breathing chamber for enhanced airflow. Packaged individually in resealable pouches, each mask offers ≥99% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) and ≥95% particle filtration efficiency (PFE). Ultrasonic sealing joins the flexible ear loops. Applications include protection against pathogens, airborne irritants, dust, allergens, and pollen. The six-layer construction includes: two 25 GSM meltblown layers for particulate filtration; a 60 GSM hot air cotton layer for structural integrity; a 25 GSM SSMMS filter layer for stability; a 50 GSM hydrophobic spunbond outer layer for blocking larger particles; and a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond inner layer for moisture absorption. This results in a high-efficiency, comfortable mask with a close facial seal, minimizing eyewear fogging. The mask is FDA, CE, and DRDO approved, produced by a GMP-certified company holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and EN 149:2001+A1:2009 certifications. For use, position the mask over the face, securing the ear loops and adjusting the nose wire. Store in the original packaging in a dry location between -20℃ and +30℃.
