Ultrasonic sealing ensures durable, flexible ear loops. Applications include protection against airborne pathogens, irritants, dust, allergens, and pollen. Construction details: The six-layer filtration system comprises two 25 GSM meltblown layers for particulate filtration, a 60 GSM hot-air cotton layer for structural integrity, a 25 GSM SSMMS filter for enhanced stability, a 50 GSM hydrophobic spunbond outer layer for blocking larger particles, and a 25 GSM hydrophilic spunbond inner layer for moisture absorption.
