Overview Curegum Gum Astringent

Astringent Curegum gel, a topical formulation, combines antiseptic and tanning agents to treat severe oral bacterial infections and inflammation. This gel, applied directly to the gums, utilizes potassium iodide and iodine for antiseptic and antibacterial action; tannic acid, an astringent, to contract tissues and reduce bleeding; menthol for local analgesia and a cooling sensation; camphor as a mild analgesic; and thymol for its antibacterial properties. A glycerine and purified water base supports these active ingredients. Indicated for painful gum conditions, inflamed and bleeding gums, teething discomfort, and stomatitis, the gel is applied with a clean finger or cotton swab after brushing. Massage gently into the gums and avoid rinsing or eating for ten minutes to maximize absorption and promote tissue firming. Subsequently, rinse thoroughly; do not swallow.
