Overview Dermatar Soap

Dermatar Soap incorporates salicylic acid and coal tar to manage skin conditions. Salicylic acid, a keratolytic, exfoliates the skin's surface, gently removing scales associated with psoriasis and other scaling disorders, improving penetration of other topical treatments. Coal tar, meanwhile, moderates skin cell renewal, diminishes inflammation, and possesses antimicrobial and anti-scaling effects. It reduces the rate of skin cell production. Dermatar Soap is indicated for eczema, psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis, and should be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
