First-degree burns, resulting from contact with hot objects, liquids, steam, or sun, affect only the skin's outer layer, causing mild pain, redness, and swelling. The cream reduces infection risk and accelerates healing. Its active ingredients, aminacrine HCL and cetrimide, possess antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. Aminacrine HCL, a topical antimicrobial, prevents and treats burn infections.
