Yellow arsenic sulfide, also known as arsenic trisulfide, finds application in managing rheumatic pain, sciatica, and leucoderma. Characteristic symptoms include sharp, tearing rheumatic pains in the extremities, a stabbing, outward-directed pain in the chest, right-sided forehead pain, knee pain, and a pricking sensation behind the ear. Skin manifestations may include leucoderma (white patches) and chafing around the genitals. Dosage: 3-5 drops in a teaspoon of water, three times daily, or as prescribed. Adverse effects are unreported. Precautions: Observe a 30-minute interval between this remedy and food, beverages, or other medications.
