Milk Thistle Pentarkan (WSI) is indicated for supportive care in severe hepatic disorders, particularly fatty liver degeneration. It's recommended for individuals experiencing liver enlargement or impaired function resulting from alcohol abuse, and for chronic liver disease (hepatopathy) and associated symptoms. This formulation helps alleviate portal venous congestion. Milk Thistle is traditionally used to mitigate dyspepsia, hyperacidity, heartburn, and stomach pain. Dosage: For acute symptoms, administer one tablet hourly until improvement, up to a maximum of twelve tablets daily. Maintenance therapy consists of one tablet thrice daily. Children receive half the adult dose. Caution: This product is unsuitable for acute poisoning. Adverse effects are unreported. Contraindicated during pregnancy. No known drug interactions exist. Available in 20g containers.
