Dehydration triggers include diarrhea, vomiting, muscle spasms, and heat exhaustion during strenuous activity in warm or humid conditions. Key ingredient functions: Sodium chloride maintains fluid equilibrium and supports cellular processes. Potassium chloride is crucial for fluid balance, acid-base regulation, and optimal muscle, nerve, heart, kidney, and adrenal function.
