Hydralyte ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts), formulated by the WHO, contains anhydrous dextrose, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and sodium citrate. This unique electrolyte powder effectively addresses gastrointestinal issues. Hydralyte replenishes fluids and electrolytes depleted by dehydration from diarrhea, vomiting, muscle spasms, and heat exhaustion during strenuous activity in hot, humid conditions. It also helps prevent or treat low potassium levels (hypokalemia). Instructions: 1. Mix the sachet contents with the water volume specified on the packet. 2. If potable water is unavailable, boil water for at least 10 minutes before cooling. 3. Stir thoroughly and administer to the child via cup or spoon. Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
