Folired syrup combines ferrous ascorbate and folic acid. Ferrous ascorbate, a superiorly absorbed iron source minimizing gastrointestinal upset, facilitates oxygen transport and red blood cell maintenance, promoting vitality and preventing anemia. Folic acid plays a vital role in various processes, including nucleotide synthesis and homocysteine remethylation, crucial for periods of rapid cellular growth. Both adults and children need folic acid for healthy red blood cell production and anemia prevention. Indicated for: iron-deficiency anemia, growth spurts, acute/chronic blood loss, fatigue, and recovery. Administer orally with water post-prandially. Physician supervision recommended.
