Folrise tablets combine folic acid, mecobalamin, and pyridoxine. Folic acid facilitates red blood cell production and DNA synthesis, crucial for pregnant women to support fetal development and prevent birth defects. Mecobalamin insufficiency is associated with risks including impaired fetal growth, neurological abnormalities, cleft palate, and metabolic disorders. Pyridoxine may help reduce the incidence of pre-eclampsia (characterized by hypertension, proteinuria, and potential organ damage) and preterm delivery. Administer Folrise orally with water post-prandially. Always follow a physician's instructions.
