- Open the foil pouch and use the testing strip without delay.
- Maintain your test strips within a temperature range of 4°C to 30°C (39°F to 86°F). Exposure to temperatures outside this range can compromise accuracy. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Every test strip is for single use only; dispose of it afterward.
- Discard expired test strips. Confirm the expiration date on the container and individual strip packaging. If only the year and month are shown, the expiration date is the last day of that month. For instance, 'EXP 2014/03' signifies that the strip expires on March 31, 2014.
