Hmadard Arusak, a formulation featuring mazoo sabz, white petroleum jelly, and red oil-soluble dye, strengthens weakened vaginal muscles, particularly postpartum or in later life. Application: Following menstruation (days 8-10), insert two pledgets (cotton or sponge) saturated with Arusak bilaterally into the vagina, securing them with a thread for easy removal. Remove the pledgets upon waking. A 50g tube provides a 15-day supply. Sexual intercourse should be avoided for six days—three days prior to and three days following treatment. Store out of children's reach; professional medical guidance is recommended.
