Application: Slide the brace onto your leg (toes first), positioning the label forward and the patella inlay centrally over your kneecap. How to Use Hansaplast Medium Sport Knee Brace:

Begin by sliding the brace onto your right or left leg, starting with your toes. Keep the label facing forward. Position the kneecap stabilizer directly over your kneecap, ensuring the inner support fully encircles it. Finally, pull the brace upward until the lateral stabilizers are evenly positioned on either side of your knee.
