This formulation comprises Alumina, Magnesia carbonica, Calcarea carbonica, Papaya, Goldenseal, Black Locust, Gentian, Nux vomica, Amla, Chirata, Chebulic Myrobalan, Cinchona, Bael fruit, Belladonna, Ginger, and Asafoetida. Its primary use is as a potent digestive aid, relieving gas and bloating, effectively addressing a wide range of peptic and duodenal issues. It helps normalize stomach acid levels, mitigating symptoms like heartburn, burning sensations, pressure, stomach pain, and sensitivity to pressure, along with acidic regurgitation. Dosage: Adults—2-3 teaspoons; Children—½-1 teaspoon, with or without water, before or after meals, or as prescribed by a doctor. Medical supervision is recommended.
