This formulation contains Aconitum Napellus 1x, Gelsemium sempervirens 1x, Spongia tosta 1x, Camphora 3x, and Justicia adhatoda 1x. Administer 5-10 drops in a small amount of water, 3-4 times daily. For acute cough, increase to 10-15 drops in warm water, repeating every 30-60 minutes initially, then 4-6 times daily. Indicated for coughs stemming from upper respiratory tract catarrh, including rhinorrhea, acute laryngopharyngitis, dry mucous membranes, and a characteristic harsh, wheezing cough.
