Hepamax Syrup, a formulation including L-ornithine-L-aspartate, nicotinamide, and vitamin B12, offers a stable blend of the naturally occurring amino acids L-ornithine and L-aspartate. Rapidly metabolized into its constituent parts, L-ornithine facilitates ammonia detoxification via the urea cycle, reducing elevated blood ammonia (hyperammonemia) common in liver disorders. This supports healthy liver function by converting toxic ammonia to readily excreted urea.
