Iphacid Suspension, a balanced antacid-laxative formulation, combines aluminum hydroxide, simethicone, and magnesium hydroxide to alleviate digestive distress. Aluminum hydroxide neutralizes excess stomach acid, while simethicone targets gas-related discomfort such as bloating and irritable bowel syndrome. Magnesium hydroxide's laxative action promotes bowel regularity by increasing intestinal water content and also contributes to acid reduction.
